Umeda Masanori Biography

Japanese designer who linked his artistic personality to the Memphis group led by Ettore Sottsass. Umeda graduated from the Kuwasawa design school in 1962. From 1970 to 1979 he worked at Olivetti. He also worked for Edra Mazzei with works such as "the rose" (1990), in Japan, opening his own laboratory called "U-Metadesign " dedicating himself to industrial projects.
