Fulvia Mendini Biography
FULVIA MENDINI Born in Milan in 1966 where she lives and works. Daughter of the architect Alessandro, after studying illustration and graphics at the IED, she worked in the Atelier Mendini. He subsequently began a personal pictorial and decorative research, delving in particular into the world of nature and portraiture. His language is influenced as much by the world of Graphic Design as by children's illustration and the artisanal tradition of Arts and Crafts. She not only dedicated herself to painting but also created glass, jewelery and bags. He has exhibited his paintings at the Grand Palais in Paris, at the Taejon International Expo in Korea, at the Milan Triennale, at the Prague Biennale, as well as in numerous galleries. It is present in the collection of the Byblos Art Hotel in Verona and, with mosaics, in the metro stations of Naples. There have been several participations in collective exhibitions, among the most recent, in 2013 “Kindergarten” Artforkids, Antonia Jannone gallery, Milan, in 2014 “Art at the time of the crisis”, Triennale di Milano, in 2015 “The famous invasion of artists in Milan” Antonio Colombo Contemporary Art, Milan.
