Fiamma Morelli Biography
Fiamma Morelli was born in 1955 in Orbetello, in the province of Grosseto. After studying at the “Duccio Buoninsegna” Art Institute in Siena, she began her artistic journey focusing on hyperrealism of Flemish origin, although she soon experimented with other expressive paths that led her towards surrealism and metaphysics. Subsequently he approaches oriental culture, taking an interest in ancient techniques and using the spatula, the Chinese brush and intaglio engraving.
Her artistic evolution reaches full maturity with abstract expressionism, a genre in which she dedicates herself with great passion and which leads her to exhibit in numerous artistic events all over the world: Fukuoka, Montreal, Pomona (Los Angeles), New York , Paris, Berlin, Cologne, Sydney, London, Brussels, Helsinki, Rome, Venice, Milan, Turin, Pisa, Spoleto, Naples, Palermo, Genoa, Florence and Padua.
The artist currently lives in Fara in Sabina and dedicates himself to conferences, internships and workshops in drawing and painting, ceramics and glass fusion. Her passion for art and her continuous expressive research always lead her to experiment with new techniques and styles, always maintaining a strong coherence with her artistic vision.
