Vittorio Orsenigo Biography
Vittorio Orsenigo (1926 - ), born in Milan in 1926, is a director, writer, painter and photographer. In 1950 Paolo Grassi hosted his productions of Ubu Roi (by Alfred Jarry) and Le Mammelle di Teresia (by Guillaume Apollinaire) at the Piccolo Teatro, while Pier Luigi Pizzi designed sets and costumes for him. He exhibits in numerous galleries with Arnaldo Pomodoro, Agenore Fabbri, Bruno Munari, Enrico Baj and Piero Manzoni. Among the most recent works we remember: Storie zoppe (1995), Sector publishing (2001), Letters to Giuseppe Pontiggia (2006), The little bird of the radio (2008), God forbid the Imbrians (2008), Around the world (2021 ), The Abyssinia of Abyssinia (2019).
