Pace Achille (Termoli, 1923) Achille Pace worked in the field of historical abstractionism and informal art, approaching the chromatic autonomy of the German expressionists and the sign problems of Paul Klee, using a cotton thread within neutral spaces to define and circumscribe the perceptive space. Pace Achille (Termoli, 1923) Achille Pace worked in the field of historical abstractionism and informal art, approaching the chromatic autonomy of the German expressionists and the sign problems of Paul Klee, using a cotton thread within neutral spaces to define and circumscribe the perceptive space. In 1962 Pace founded Gruppo Uno together with other artists such as Biggi, Carrino, Frascà, Uncini, where he operated until 1964. He was also invited to various editions of the Venice Biennale, the Rome Quadrennial and to the most important exhibitions on Italian art of the twentieth century in Italy and abroad.
