In the 1920s, the German company Pagholz, specializing in woodworking, began to study a new method of assembling and modeling wooden sheets. The company's goal was to obtain a material that combined the aesthetic characteristics of wood with the resistance of metal, while maintaining ductility and extreme resistance. Even today, after one hundred years, we can affirm that Pagholz has achieved his goal. The company has developed a tailor-made material that places no limits on the imagination, called PAGHOLZ, like the name of the company itself. This material is a composite of natural origin, made by impregnation of beech wood sheets with resin, which are then molded in special molds with specific heat and pressure conditions.
