Palanti Giuseppe (Milan, 1881-1946) Giuseppe Palanti attended the School of Applied Arts of the Castello Sforzesco, where he won the Zogheb competition, obtaining a prize trip to Paris. He subsequently studied at the Brera Academy, under the guidance of Mentessi, Tallone and Bignami, becoming its director in 1914. The artist dedicated himself above all to the depiction of landscapes and still lifes, but his nudes and female depictions were also successful. He exhibited his works at Brera, at the Famiglia Meneghina, at the Primaverile della Permanente, at the national Sindacale.
