Pardo Jorge (Havana, 1963) Pardo Jorge studied at the Arts Center College of Design in Pasadena. His works have been exhibited in important exhibition spaces, such as the Museum of Contemporary Arts (Los Angeles), the Dia Art Foundation in New York, Kusnthalle (Basel), Moderna Museet (Stockholm), Capc Musèe d'Art Contemporain (Bordeaux) . He dedicated himself to the creation of lamps, tables, chairs and drawings, crossing over into various sectors of art, from painting to sculpture, from architecture to design. Pardo's work has been defined as "public art", due to the interaction between object and spectator and from here several projects were born, such as the 1800 m2 house. built in Mount Washington in Los Angeles, the artist's current home.
