Marco Paschetta Biography
Mario Paschetta was born in Milan in 1949 and began painting at the age of 14. His painting is traditional, but already highlights a material body. He frequented Milanese cultural circles, including the Bar Jamaica in Brera, where he came into contact with numerous artists who wrote important pages in the history of Italian art. Despite distancing himself from the practice of painting for professional reasons, he continued to frequent the artistic environment and art galleries. In 1992 he began an in-depth study on the subject, using new materials and techniques inspired by artists such as Burri, Crippa and Mattioli. Paschetta's works are present in various public and private collections. He has participated in numerous Italian and international art exhibitions and has received many positive reviews from art critics such as Dalmazio Ambrosioni, Marco Annunziata, Paola Artoni, Gianni Barachetti, Lucio Barbera, Anna Caterina Bellati, Stefania Briccola, Daniela Bordogna, Rossana Bossaglia , and Alessio Calestani.
