Herman Perssons began his career as head of design at Nobia AB, parent company of Marbodal, at the end of 2019. Prior to this experience, he worked in several architectural firms and in the real estate development sector. Most recently, Perssons held the position of head of design at Oscar Properties, where he spent 6.5 years developing the company's design language and process. During his tenure, he took on overall responsibility for the design and architecture of projects.
