Presta Salvador (Cosenza, 1925) Salvador Presta participated in the largest Argentine exhibitions of plastic arts, receiving notable prizes. In 1946 he exhibited his first concretist paintings together with Tomas Maldonado, Alfredo Hlito, Carmelo Arden at the Kraff and Payer galleries in Buenos Aires. In 1948 he had his first solo show in South America and in 1952 he became part of the “Madi” movement. In 1959 he represented Argentina at the first Paris Biennial and subsequently participated in the first international exhibition of the Museum of Modern Art in Buenos Aires.
