Franco Rasma, born in Borgomanero in 1943, is a minimalist painter. His artistic approach is based on the use of only two elements, light and shadow, to create images inspired by the dream world. Starting in 2005, Rasma began painting on wooden panels, prepared with Bologna chalk and using the oil technique, traditional elements that the artist uses with mastery. His timeless art is deeply rooted in our origins, allowing us to understand our identity, our aspirations and to recognize that each of us has our own role in this world. Currently, the artist resides and works in Gattico-Veruno.
