Gabriel Raul, born in the suburbs of Buenos Aires in 1966, initially undertook a path of experimentation in the musical field, followed by a long trip to Santa Fe de Bogotá. In 1998 he decided to turn his research to the visual arts and, after living in Milan, he moved to London, where in a few years he was welcomed by numerous public and private exhibitions. His artistic research starts from the concept of the body understood as the biological identity of reality, declining into different aesthetic forms through mutational processes. Raul has participated in various important exhibitions in Italian cultural institutions such as Palazzo delle Stelline, the Mudima Foundation, the Rivoli 2 Foundation, the Diocesan Museum of Milan, the Quadrennial of Rome, etc. He currently lives and works between Milan and London.
