Leni Riefenstahl (Berlin, 1902 - Bavaria, 2003) Leni Riefenstahl was a German photographer, director and actress. She produced Nazi films and documentaries, which allowed her to reach a leading position in German cinema. He later dedicated himself to creating works on traditional African cultures and marine biology. Although his works had a strong propagandistic connotation, there are no anti-Semitic or racist themes and his art cannot be linked solely to the political dimension, so much so that his prestige and technical innovations survived the fall of the Nazi regime.
