Paolo Rizzi was born in Pisa in 1967 and began painting at the age of 20 in Milan, where he studied communications and graduated in philosophy. He has worked in the field of communication and teaching. He learned to paint from the masters he met along the way. Over the years he has experimented with different styles, both in abstract and figurative art. He has held solo and group exhibitions. He exhibited for the first time in Milan in 1988, then in Pisa, Bologna, Barcelona and Santo Domingo in 2010 at the Hotel El Ambajador, home to an international exhibition on Made in Italy, at the Il Melograno gallery in Livorno. He recently exhibited in Naples at Castel dell'Ovo, in Milan at the Cael gallery, and in Pisa, where in December he presented his works mostly created in the last three years.
