Rosarino Biography
ROSARINO (1962 - ) is the pseudonym that contains the name and surname of the artist Rosanna Pellegrino. She began painting at a very young age. He exhibits in numerous personal and collective exhibitions in Italy and France, obtaining acclaim and recognition. Since 1998 he has collaborated with Multiartdiffusion of Codogno (LO). After a long figurative journey, in 2007 the artist arrived at a fair compromise between the informal and the conceptual. His latest works are the result of a search for new techniques and materials: egg tempera, paper, fabric, glue, enamels, acrylics, plastic, resins, natural elements. with this weaving of lines, of free geometries on the surface, he weaves lyrical suggestions with profound sensitivity, in a process of creation-destruction. The "barbed" wires that dissolve into melancholic emotions, where they are stretched with variegated colors, become psychological remedies for the evil of living. Moreover, the titles that she gives to the works propose moments and moods that convey a dark magical sense.
