Oscar Saccorotti was an Italian painter, engraver, and decorator born in Rome on May 14, 1898, and passed away in Recco on May 16, 1986. He was the son of Alfredo and Silvia Centenari and trained as a decorator in Udine before moving to Genoa, where he met important artists and exhibited his works. After World War I, he focused on painting and engraving, participating in numerous national and international exhibitions. In 1976, he settled in Recco, where he continued his artistic activities until his death.
