Valerio Sacchetti is an architect and PhD in "Mechanics of materials and technological processes" at the Mechanics Institute of the Faculty of Engineering of Bologna. He collaborated with the Faculty of Architecture of Florence on the courses of "Ornamental Plastic", "Drawing and Relief" and "Furniture" held by Adolfo Natalini. In 2009/2010 he taught industrial design as a contract professor at the degree course in design at the Faculty of Architecture of Alghero. He has designed industrial products for numerous companies, particularly in the lighting field, collaborating with some pioneers of Italian design such as Dino Gavina and Luigi Caccia Dominioni.
