Yasuaki "Yasu" Sasamoto, born in 1952, received a bachelor's degree from the University of Architecture in Japan in 1975. Subsequently, he spent a two-year period, from 1975 to 1977, in the United States. After 1978, he began to devote himself to designing household products. In 1989, he founded the Dulton Company, Ltd. in Japan, which today offers a wide range of home and furnishing products. Among Sasamoto's most famous projects, the "Wisdom Tooth Stool" stands out, specifically designed for outdoor use.
