Eugenio Scorzelli (Buenos Aires, 1885 - Naples, 1951) Eugenio Scorzelli was an Italian artist. He studied at the Neapolitan Academy and was a pupil of Michele Cammarano, Domenico Morelli and Filippo Palizzi. His admiration for Giuseppe De Nittis and his encounter with other climates and experiences enriched his painting, in which he modified the color and forms of tradition. The artist dedicated himself throughout his career to the creation of portraits, landscapes, popular scenes and city views. His works are kept in galleries and museums in London, Paris, Brussels and in many private collections in Italy and abroad.
