After living and working in Milan from 1990 to 1997, he moved to New York City in 1998, where he worked in a studio in Brooklyn, creating art across multiple disciplines: sculpture, photography, installations, painting and mixed media. In recent years Shlomo Harush's main focus has been on the metamorphosis of forms and materials, realizing intriguing interrelationships between art and industry. Through the exploration of industrial materials, including aluminum and stainless steel, he mixes everyday objects and objects into his work.
