Svend Aage Holm-Sørensen, born 1913, was a renowned Danish designer, recognized primarily for his exceptional collection of lamps. Holm-Sørensen, specialized in decorated metalworking, has distinguished himself throughout his career, which began in the 1950s, thanks to the use of decorated and perforated metal surfaces. In addition to lamps, the skilled craftsman Holm-Sørensen also created furniture and small objects. Holm-Sørensen died in 2004.
