Arturo Stagliano was an Italian painter, sculptor, and medallist born on March 10, 1867 in Guglionesi. He trained in Naples and moved to Turin where he collaborated with the sculptor Leonardo Bistolfi. He created several public works including the monument to the Fallen of Novara, the ossuary to the Fallen of Cuneo, and the monument to the Fallen of Treviso known as "Gloria". He died on April 7, 1936 in Turin.
