The Rolling Stones Biography
The famous musical group The Rolling Stones has left an indelible mark on the history of rock thanks to its lineup made up of Mick Jagger, Keith Richards, Brian Jones and Ian Stewart. Jagger and Richards, from a young age, cultivated a strong passion for blues and R&B, embracing artists such as Chuck Berry, Muddy Waters and Bo Diddley. Their first album, released in 1964, contains only covers by other authors and their big success came with "(I Can't Get No) Satisfaction". In '69, the group faced its first internal disagreements and Brian Jones left the group before being found drowned in his swimming pool only a month later. The group celebrates their deceased former friend with a free concert in Hyde Park (London). After many successes and concerts all over the world, the group still enjoys great success today, so much so that in their tours, each concert attracts almost 500,000 people. Unfortunately, on August 24, 2021, the group's drummer and percussionist, Charlie Watts, passed away.
