Paolo Tilche Biography
Tilche Paolo (Alexandria, Egypt, 1925 - Milan, 2000) Paolo Tilche was an Italian designer and architect highly appreciated throughout the world. He achieved great success both in urban and residential planning, signing projects such as "Milano-Bicocca", "Iglesias and Legnano", and in his design activity, collaborating with numerous Italian and foreign companies, so much so that his products became highly marketed . In the 1950s he collaborated with Rai, creating images for the first television program dedicated to the home. In 1955 he opened a shop dedicated to "Artform" design, where he created objects and furniture, reproduced in small series. Many designers today still find inspiration in its products, characterized by excellent functionality and innovative lines. During his career he collaborated with Fratelli Guzzini, Olivetti, Gruppo Industriale Busnelli, Sirrah, Bilumen, Cedit in the tile sector and Blome in the bathroom accessories sector.
