Marco Tirelli lives and works in Rome. He attended the Academy of Fine Arts in Rome, graduating in scenography with Toti Scialoia. After his first solo exhibition in 1978 in Milan, at the Galleria Ambrogi, in 1982 he exhibited for the first time at the Venice Biennale with a personal room invited by Tommaso Trini in the "Aperto '82" section. Numerous other events followed in Italy and abroad. abroad, including participation in the Sao Paulo Biennial in Brazil, the Sydney Biennale and the Paris Biennale. In 1990 he held public events and private galleries in Italy and abroad such as the anthology of his works held in Darmstadt in 2002.
