John Tremblay (1966 - ) was born in Boston in 1966. Finding influence from Op Art and contemporary design, John Tremblay is known for his dynamic, multi-colored pieces characterized by outlined shapes, three-dimensional elements and metallic surfaces.
His work creates relationships between color and form and contrasts between positive and negative space, repeating shapes to create optical artworks of pattern and color whilst in turn creating energy and movement within his work.
