Ettore Vitturi (Verona 1897 – Verona 1968) was a self-taught artist, younger brother of Albano (1888-1968) and husband of the Veronese painter Aida Serra (1899-1992).
In 1955 he organized a personal exhibition in Verona at Palazzo Forti.
Like his brother Albano and many other Scala painters of his generation, such as Guido Farina, Orazio Pigato and Angelo Zamboni, Vitturi studied Paul Cezanne and post-impressionism, making chromatic research applied to the light of nature and places the substance of his art.
He participated in several collective exhibitions in Veneto, making his debut at the Exhibition promoted by the Fine Arts Society of Verona in 1925 and also participating in subsequent editions from 1927 to 1965.
In 1926 he was admitted to the 17th Exhibition of the Opera Bevilacqua La Masa in Venice, returning in 1930, 1934 and 1940. In 1929 he exhibited at the Biennale d'Arte Triveneta in Padua.
