Sorta di hilye composta da dieci linee di testo in turco e sormontate da un riquadro decorato con fine illuminazione di arabeschi variopinti su sfondo blu e contenente una hadith del Profeta. Il testo è preceduto da un ampio titolo in thuluth, marcatori testuali in forma di rosette dorate e riporta i nomi di celebri calligrafi.
