A large bronze figure of Parvati Southern India, Vijayanagar, 16th-17th century
Provenance: Adriano Moscatelli Collection, Rome.
He was a frequent traveler and deep conoisseur and collector of the Himalayan arts and cultures. Partner of the I.S.M.E.O, secretary of the Asian Traditional Medicin centre and scholar in the Tibetan religious philosophy.
He co-authored "Tibetan Medicin" Erizzo, Venice.
