black patina wooden sculpture. The subject, belonging to a specific category within the corpus of these works, represents an anthropomorphic protective spirit with traits related to the animal world. The face, characterized by a curved beak, is framed by the large conical hairdress, while the elongated and slightly bent arms, recall with their perimetric serration, the legs of an insect.
