A peachbloom glazed beehive waterpot bearing a Kangxi six character blue underglaze mark at the base and most probably of the period
of classic domed 'taibo zun' form, the rounded sides connetted to a narrow waisted lipped neck. The body engraved with three medallions containing mythological animals and covered with a pinkish glaze, darker at the lower rim and lighter at the upper edge.
