Elemento realizzato in argento e bronzo raffigurante teschio del personaggio chitipati. In mezzo alla fronte è possibile notare una turchese, nelle orbite due vetri colorati di rosso. L'oggetto, in origine, faceva probabilmente parte di uno scettro o di un copricapo rituale.
