Dipinto su tela raffigurante la divinità nella sua forma a undici teste e mille braccia che prende il nome di Sahasrabhujalokeshvara. La figura è ritratta in postura stante su un fiore di loto ed è circondata, oltre le sue braccia a ventaglio, da trenta personaggi secondari, tra cui è possibile distinguere: i cinque Buddha Trascendenti e la forma originaria dello stesso Avalokitesvara nella versione a quattro braccia.
