A wooden book cover carved with the Medicine Buddha Tibet, 17th century
In forma rettangolare, finemente intagliata con Buddha della Medicina in posizione centrale, affiancato da due attendenti e sormontato da Garuda. Nel basamento sono raffiguranti due leoni buddisti; le figure sono circondate da fitte volute vegetali e bordura in forma di petali stilizzati. Il retro reca lunga iscrizione incisa.
