Group of six porcelain essence dishes with blue-white decoration. China, Qing Dynasty, Kangxi.
Each of an elegant baluster shape painted with a vibrant blue underglaze, the body of the vase is decorated with continuous reserves containing floral motifs that are repeated on the lids.
Provenance: Vung Tau cargo, a ship on a voyage from China to Batavia that sank in about 1690.
