Signature lower right Beerwald Hoboken. Portrait of the imperial mail steamer Kaiser Wilhelm II at stormy sea, which was launched on 23 April 1889 and stranded off Sardinia on 10 April 1908. It was renamed "Hohenzollern" in 1900. Here it is still called "Kaiser Wilhelm II" at the bow.
