Impressive necklace with two strands of 7.00 mm spherical white pearls with central pendant with blue sapphire cabochon and mixed cut diamonds (huit huit and brilliant) of about 3.00 carats total.
The central pendant has a blue cabochon sapphire of an intense blue color of about 5.00 ct.
The sapphire is countered by white diamond pavè and supported on the sides by two leopard heads with white diamond pavè. Closure surrounded by white diamonds and blue oval sapphire cabocon.
Gross weight 49 grams.
