Unique piece. Made as a private commission for the Paduan noblewoman Ester Abate Sottocasa. String of Japanese pearls with gold clasp made by a lost wax sculpting technique in which two Ceylon sapphires are set. Signed on the inside and outside of the clasp. Sapphires Size: 6.5 x 8.5 mm each. Number of beads: 60 of 1 cm in diameter.
