The work of one of the great painters of Italian cinema. The author of the illustrations for cult films such as Mario Monicelli's 'The Great War' (1959) or Bernardo Bertolucci's 'The Conformist' (1970), which were also "painted" by Piero Ermanno Iaia, a film painter who chronicled one of the greatest periods of Italian cinema (but not only: his is also the Italian poster for Alfred Hitchcock's 'Psycho').
