From his beginnings at the Leonetti studio, he moved on to l'Intrepido until he landed at Bonelli, where he has been working on Tex, Ken Parker and Julia since 1998. What we present here is an original layout, signed at the bottom right, of the first issue of Julia, drawn by Vannini, entitled ‘Gli occhi dell'abisso’. On the back, a full-page study of a face.
