Tibet. Iron belt with traces of gold and leather. Visible flaws and magnificent signs of use.
Important and ancient Tibetan belt consisting of five iron plates, masterfully crafted, pierced and originally agemed in gold, attached to leather by copper studs.
Present are two iron suspension rings.
Note that one leather part appears to be detached and is therefore in need of restoration, while another part appears to have been replaced by a newer, lighter-colored leather.
