Pepe Tanzi, born in Monza on 12 June 1945, specialized in Architecture at the Polytechnic of Milan, earning his degree in 1969. After his studies, he began working as an 'industrial designer', presenting a peculiar artistic sensitivity that combines rational rigor and playful spirit, in order to create welcoming home furnishings. His attention to the mutability of housing models and constant research into new technologies represent the inspirational source of Pepe Tanzi's production. He collaborates with various important brands in the furniture scene, including: Album, Bernini, Biesse, Driade, Matteograssi, Giorgio Pizzitutti, Poliform, Varenna, Zanotta. Boffi's Grand Chef kitchen is one of his most popular creations, dating back to 1984.
