Tarenghi Enrico (1856-1938) Enrico Tarenghi was an Italian painter of the second half of the 19th century, mainly specializing in genre painting and oriental paintings. He studied at St Luke's Academy in Rome. Tarenghi's paintings “The Return from Work” and “Prayer by Muslims” were exhibited: the first in Turin in 1880 and the second in Milan the following year. In Rome in 1883 he created two paintings "Abbey of San Gregorio in Venice and Fulvia". In 1884 in Turin he created an oil on canvas "Jealousy" and a watercolor "The Mother". In Livorno in 1886 he exhibited "Meditation". His other works are: “The convalescent woman; Oh, potess'io” and “Temple of Antonio and Faustina”, exhibited in Venice in 1887.
