It is easy to date this Ethiopian ring, since the 5-Lira coins known as Aquilotto, in this case from 1930, were brought in Ethiopia during the Italian occupation. This is an historical testimony of the fascist empire, but also of the adaptability of the goldsmiths and the Ethiopian people.
