Beautiful female ancestor sculpture with good volumes and quality carving, from the typical aesthetic canons of Tabwa. Interesting is the detail of the hands on the abdomen in a protective maternal attitude, as well as the showy scarifications in relief above the breasts that in all probability represented and visually reminded a specific deceased person.
