An ancient tiara with which young Ersari or Yomud women of Turkmenistan used to adorn their heads, as did brides until the birth of their first child. Beautifully crafted and patinaed, embossed and accompanied by two small turquoises and carnelian stones of different shapes and cuts, this tiara features an inscribed carnelian set into the central plate of this splendid jewellery, making it unique.
