Group of six blue-white decorated porcelain potiches. China, Qing Dynasty, Kangxi.
The hexagonal body of the vase is painted with six cartouches occupying each side entirely with lake landscapes alternating with flower motifs; the long lobed neck is painted with geometric and floral designs while the small lids with lozenges and flowers.
Provenance: Vung Tau cargo, a ship on a voyage from China to Batavia that sank in about 1690.
