Rare war club and rank insignia of difficult geographical connotation, with a rhomboid-section knocker worked and engraved with asymmetrical geometric motifs and a circular-section handle.
Interestingly, the zigzag engraving decorating the blunt end of this mace also contains the Union Jack or flag of the United Kingdom.
